Red Star # 1165578 good one?

I came across this Red Star # 1.165.578 though somehow it does look a bit odd, and I just can't tell exactly what it is. Perhaps I'm just too cautious due to all the fakes floating the market nowadays. Therefor I look forward to hear your opinions on this star.
