Nahkampfspange in Silver. Opinions please

I've located this item at a Gun show and would appreciate opinions on it authenticity. Is it genuine WW2 or a fake?

Not an original Nahkampfspange.
Here is an original first pattern from JFS to compare.
Nahkampfspange in Silber, JFS, First Pattern.
Compare the maker's marks. The hinge attachment is also not correct.
