Can anyone tell me if this is a fake or not? I don't trust the back pin. It seems to have been fixed with a different pin. Maybe its completed fake, I dont know.

It is an original badge - but with a modern pin needle replacement. Since M1/72 is among the most commonly found badge makers, I think that removing this Pin needle and converting it back to original state would be not pay out, unless you have much time and enthusiasm
I’m with Bloodyamon on this one. Authentic badge that lost its hardware and a bad stickpin attachment job installed. If you can solder, and the badge is at a very low price, you can own a repaired original.
