Sorry pal, no chance.
The font is robo cut, the outer border is thinner than any other German badges, and I bet the white enamel is plastic not glass. Hi-res photos may show the lack of any imperfections in the white enamel, a scope surely would. German badges were never marked with a NSDAP on the reverse or obverse.
