Set of Golden Party Badge #74569

Hi, Guys!

I do have this nice set of golden party badges with the number 74569. The large badge had the pin replaced as the original pin was probably broken off. The small badge is completely intact and appears to have hardly been worn. Any Information about the owner would - of course - be greatly appreciated!

I do have another 30mm Piece without the matching small Version. It's always a shame when only one of the two badges is left and not a set. And yes, I know that it is very difficult to find out about the owner of the badge from the membership number. Unfortunately.
