    Well it's true, a sucker IS born every minute.. Someone bought this off a dealer site, the arm shield ( Dienstellenabzeichen ) was produced as a result of and order from 05-11-43 that stated from then on it would be issued blank on a brown or black background from that date forward, so someone cleverly applied it to this, I have altered the pics so that the dealer will remain unknown.. G
