it may also be conductive if the pics were rotated in the proper perspective / view point.. Neck breakers are not good IMO

I spun it around so I could attempt to read without pulling an Exorcist on my neck.

I am certain top curved copy says Deutsche Reichsbahn. The reichsadler looks railway to me like the one I posted. The bottom copy I cannot make out but Bob may know of what it reads. I am no stamp Guru on armbands. The band itself looks fine and of period material.

I can not make out the stamp either. That is not unusual From the images, it appears to be a fine period original piece with an issuance stamp.
