new to me NSDAP armband

Hi,
First armband for me.
Reputable source, but would like your opinions please as you never know.
Would also be interested if someone could tell me what the stamp says?
Would this be considered a late war armband?

Hey Greg,

Armband looks to be of proper construction to me. The stamp I think says Postschutz and then it becomes difficult. RPD? (Reichspost Dostrict)??? Dezick? I believe bottom is Kiel. I am unsure if this is a district stamp for the Reichspost / Postschutz. See what the other Kampfbinde peers here think.
