I have never seen one stamped NSDAP before!!! I've seen them blank or with other markings.

Remember that many different groups wore the standard swastika armband. the NSDAP stamp indicates who has authorized wear of the same. At the top of page 100 of "Cloth Insignia of the NSDAP and SA" an identical example is shown. I have owned this model, another marked "NSDAPPartei-Bereitschaft and the unstamped verions of this band.
