Opinions on this armband please, thank you

Hello and thank you for looking.
Can i have your opinions.
It looks like the narrow version possibly worn on the cuff but has a Rzm label, would this label be on this narrow version?
Would this of been worn by civilians and is it a period item?

Pardon my ignorance here, I am not much of a Third Reich collector; I have never heard of a 'narrow version' swastika band in this form worn on the cuff? Was that a thing? Cheers.

Hi Chris.
I have tried and searched for a few hours on this armband and cant much about it, some people think it was worn on the cuff as it looks like a narrow version i think about 2 inches wide but im not sure.
The Rzm label has the 'A' code on it for machine woven but never seen a narrow version with the label.
Has it been added after i presume it has?

I’d say it’s an original armband based on the construction and materials used, but close up photos would help.

I’m not sure if it would have been worn on the cuff, but if I’m wrong I’m happy to be corrected.

As for the rzm tag, I’ve never seen one on a narrow version, but it would make sense that they were applied.
