Death's-head - brunswick? Wer-wolf? Masons?

Article about: Well, given that several of the men in my family were and still are Masons, I have never seen anything with a skull on it attributed to that organization. Id equate that website to 4th reich

This badge has a pretty germanic look to me, esp. The white/silver finish. The metal is, cupal? It's about i x 1 3/4 inch. Detail is impressive. Thanks for all thoughts.

I have yet to see a German death head badge that looks like this. In fact, it does not look close to anything I have seen. It looks closer to a British badge I saw on here a couple months ago. I will have to see if I can find it.

'...but dosent even mean this piece its self is military related !....' which is why my thread title questioned if it might be masons or other fraternal org.

What in the world would make you even remotely think this item could be attributed to the Freemasons?
