Does Anyone Recognize This Patch/Shield?

I picked up some Third Reich items from a dealer friend weekend before last, and this shield/patch was in the mix....everything else that came with it was associated with the TR, so I *assume* this is as well....but I haven't been able to find out any information about it. I would assume it's from one of the foreign volunteer units, if I had to guess, but I have no idea.

Posted this earlier, but apparently in the wrong section (though I'm not 100% certain where it would go as I don't know if it's TR or not).

Can anyone help identify it? Or if it is even connected to the TR?

I tried reverse image search on google but no luck
I do not think this is TR.

Best to think outside the box on this one.

To me it looks like an Sleeve Badge of the "Bundeswehr" (current german Army). It's definetly not TR.
