Is there anyone who could help me out with those buttons?
They are different patterns.
The sewing seems the same, but the buttons are different.

Are you trying to determine if the mismatched buttons are authentic? If so I would recommend closeups of the buttons for the uniform collectors to give a proper assessment

They all appear to be acceptable period types, if you plan to keep them (bear in mind that buttons frequently came adrift in wartime and were commonly replaced with whatever was available, military or civilian), or if you wish to replace them, several dealers offer original sets of the usual ceramic or glass types.
