Too poor in quality (very loose embroidery, lacking the chunkiness of originals) compared to what I'm used to seeing. I don't know how widely quality could vary in originals back then, but the example is the cheapest looking I've ever seen.

I'm with Nick. I am not a specialist on general's insignia, but I think they are a bit crudely done.

Yes, even when using Cellon, the embroidery remained tight and blocky. Here from another general's wrapper.
