that's a nice Gebirgsjäger Stabsveterinär tunic. It is an austrian tunic i guess. The monocle makes it look more "Old Prussia" than Austrian
Did he earn the CCC ?

Probably this one is also his tunic (I'am previous wner of this tunic, I got it from Austria too) the trace of Kuban or Krimea shield on the left cuff
