Are you asking for the sake of ultimately authenticating the piece or purely for unit identification? I'm no expert on cypher decoding, but I do have extensive experience with wrappers, and detachable EM straps for an early type 2 wrapper is a somewhat odd combination, unless it was a later wrapper modified to be a walking out uniform with retro-fitted collar piping. Depends on what the liner says and under the collar.
