Help with shoulder straps

Good morning all, I would like to start collecting Heer and LW rank tabs and straps, I'm ok with the collar tabs but can someone please tell how to tell the difference between the Heer and LW officers shoulder straps, they look the same to me as do the NCO straps Thank you in advance.

Hello,
When it comes to Officers, they're wearing shoulder boards, not shoulder straps.
Heer Officer shoulder boards for service or combat are matt grey, while Luftwaffe ones are shiny silver grey.
Concerning NCOs shoulder straps, you can't make mistakes as Heer ones are made of Feldgrau woolen cloth, Luftwaffe ones are in grey-blue woolen cloth...
