Luftwaffe jacket from a pilot

I know absolutely nothing about flight jackets but it looks to me like a civilian jacket with a summer tunic eagle and sloppily applied shoulder straps...just my impression and i could be completely wrong

Thanks for your answer, is very difficult to know because there were many different models of leather jackets. I don't even know if any pilot could take a civilian model and put the eagle and the shoulder pads on it without any problem
