Panzer Schulterklappe/Kragenspiegel??

Good day everyone.
Got offered this lot, that includes Schulterklappe/Kragenspiegel for a Panzermann? and Kraftfahrbewährungsabzeichen, that seems to be in bronze.
The badge looks to be original, the question and concern is about Schulterklappe/Kragenspiegel- are they original and to what sorth of unit and rank they belong?
Thats the only picture I have at the moment, sorry for that.

Cant decide- should I pick them up for 50 euro, or should I let them go, its not a pair and the condition could be better...
