Panzer Standard Bearer's sleve patch.

I was recently able to add this nice Standard Bearer's sleeve patch to my Panzer related collection.

The standard bearer's specialty insignia was the only Heer item worn on the upper right sleeve. It was worn centered half way between the right elbow and the shoulder seam of the black feldjacken.
Qualification came through recognition of a soldier's character and rank, followed by on the job training.
Typically, an NCO was selected from within the unit for the privilege of carrying the battalion colors.

The workmanship is amazing,
