Red Collar Tab with Three Small Eagles?

Hi,

I am looking for information on this collar tab. Any information as to who it was given to and why? I noticed a circular button on it that is similar to that found on visor caps. Any information would be much appreciated.

Can't help you with the tab, other than move it to the correct section.
The roundel is from a visor, and likely put there post war.

Roundel does not belong. Notice 2 holes up top where most likely an eagle was placed similar to your other tab.

Its a collar patch for an NSDAP poltical leader ranked Haupt-Einsatzleiter on Gau level. As said above, instead of the cockade, there should be a metal eagle device.
