Upon closer examination of the stamp numbers, it can be seen that the numbers are :
    0/1907/0155. Not 0/1007/0156.

1900 is a Netherlands code. But there is a small difference between the number 1900 and 1907, so it is also possible Netherlands.

Anyone know which cap maker this would be for:

R B Nr 0/0045/0054 and 1943. The last digits are difficult to read
And could also be either 0084 or 0034.

    Hello gentlemen,

    IMPORTANT.

For lovers of RBNr numbering codes. You will find in the appendix a link to a site where more than 7500 RBNr numbers have already been deciphered. It seems that this colossal work is the work of a certain Mr. Barch. Thank you sir for this precious help.
The site is very well done. In German or English as desired.
    Good reading.

Hi Adrian, first thanks for the hudge task done by your friend Eduardo & yourself.

I need help finding info about a DDR RB.

The BAT company was acquired by Hugo Scheider by (HASAG) in 1937, with further use of the trademarks and all patents, whereby the production itself was relocated to Meuselwitz in Türingen.
BAT manufactured lamps, that is well known. Then their logo showed up on NVA entrenching tools in the 50s. If possible I'd like to know who exactly manufactured the shovel & their location.

After the end of the war, the HASAG facilities were dismantled and confiscated as reparations until 1947, and most of the company buildings were blown up. The companies "Hermann Nier Feuerhandwerk[e]" and "Nirona-Werke Nier & Ehmer", based in Beierfeld, Saxony, were transferred to public ownership after the end of the war. Instead of a complete dismantling, the VEB Sturmlaternenwerk Beierfeld was founded in 1952 from these two companies and was a part of the VEB Washing equipment plant Schwarzenberg. Since the naming rights of the Feuerhand brand were granted to the company 'Hermann Nier KG', which had been newly founded by the Nier brothers in Hohenlockstedt (until 1956 Lockstedter Lager), the vacant brand 'BAT' of the former company Stübgen & Co (HASAG) was used for the resumption of lamp production.

Here is a photo of the shovel with the RB number: 38/369/0106.

And with a lamp with the same one!

FYI: After the entry into force of the 'Regulation on the marking of the origin of goods' of 7 May 1970, the lamps produced had to be labelled 'Made in GDR'. On 10.07.1998, Klaus Alpen GmbH from Hamburg secured the word and figurative mark BAT. Subsequently, the Czech company Meva was commissioned to produce lamps of the model 863 with the embossing 'BAT No 158'.

    Thank you.
