Hi Guys, I have owned this one for many years now. I bought it around 1979. A nice issued and worn peice, possibly bloodstained too.

These Russian volunteers for the German sponsored Russian Liberation Army (Russkaya osvoboditel'naya armiya) were known as "Pals of Adolf" by Brtish soldiers due to them reading the letters as "POA".

I didn't know how british soldiers called POA troops due to these three letters, very interesting, thanks again.

Very nice patch Ade, I have been looking for a nice worn example for ages however all that I seem to see for sale are minty printed examples of which I am not that interested.
