My initial thought was for Nachschub (transport), though I think Glenn is probably spot on, as transport tends to be greyer.
Nice to see these in the reed-green denim.

It's just that I've never seen wehrmacht shoulder straps made of such material

Is it for camouflage or drillich uniform?

They were produced for use with the drillich uniforms, as a sensible way of using up off cuts from the uniform production (I have the blue denim type, produced alongside the Luftwaffe blue denim uniforms).

To me they're for Nachschubtruppe, the blue color is too light for Sanitäts.
