Spanienkreuz mit Schwerten Stickpin in Gold

I was fortunate enough to find this beautiful example of the Spanish Cross with Swords in Gold stickpin. The level of detail on this miniature award is beyond belief, however the pin is unmarked. This gem recently came out of a German household and has not been previously in any collection. If true, then I feel lucky to have liberated it. I've been trying to get nice natural light photo's but I've been unable to because of the early evenings and lousy weather. I've taken some pictures alongside my other Spanish Cross for comparison and you'll notice lack of detail and a dull zinc finish on the other one. However, part of this is due to the lighting conditions. I also included the original photo's of the second cross which actually show traces of the gold wash. I will update this thread with better photo's when the weather permits. In the meantime, enjoy.
