Ukrainian badge to determine

Hello,
has anyone seen a similar badge?
This piece was found at POW camp together with artifacts of the German and Russian armies.
Dimensions are about 4x3cm (made of zinc).

I found this online:



It's the insignia from a supreme commander in the UPA (Ukrainan Insurgent Army) in WW2.

This is just speculation but maybe it could be related to a supreme commander, a cap badge maybe? Let's see what others say!
