What do you think about this tunic?

Hi everybody, i am interested in buying a Luftwaffe oberst tunic and hope i can count on your expertise to know what you think about it...

I’m not keen on the misaligned Kragenspiegeln (seems unlikely for a colonel, or a decent tailor to accept).
Also, there appears to have been another tailor’s label sewn in at one time (note traces of stitching to the right of the lower label).

If pushed, I would say it’s an original (and very nice) tunic and insignia, but cannot say when it was assembled.
