I believe that you have a Kriegsmarine embroidered Adler, looks nice too.

Very nice Kriegsmarine Golden eagle! I like it! As for value range, they run give or take abit, in the 100 dollar range.

I dont doubt the eagle per se but that material looks a lot like the older BW material, and the stitching looks hand sewn
Often hard to say if an original with bullion eagles. What colour is the backing material to the eagle? (Not that of the cutoff) It could be a Heer General officers example, if original as it looks to be on very dark green backing and sewn to feldgrau cloth. Any chance of some good well lit close up detail pictures?

Jerry
Whatever its just an opinion.
At first sight it seemed to be navy blue to me and thought KM too, but Jerry could be right about the Heer General's eagle.
Could it also be a KM Küstenartillerie officer's eagle applied on a feldbluse?
Looking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377
All ranks.
Eagles in golden metallic hand embroidery were primarily for officers and senior petty officers for wear on their dress tunics, jackets and mess jackets.
However, lower ranks also had the option of wearing them, but only private-purchase jackets and pea coats. (Otherwise, these items had golden-yellow hand- or machine embroidered eagles.)
here is a flash light version, there is the dark green backing and the fabric he is on in real colors
