Yes, I noticed one made in this manner and had the distinct pebbling on the reverse of the buckle..
By the time I researched (Here) and went back sadly it had been purchased.. Again many thanks..G

Hi G, David and all. Here is my PP RAD and for fun I added a PP Heer. Both are marked OLC, and unlike your example, have steel (rather dirty) pin shroud and claws etc. Quite different than your example there G
