IMO.....that decal may not be denazified just abraded. Looks like nice Q (?)Lufty from pix.... good M40 example if priced right.

Hi, in my opinion a worn decal is fine as long as the wear matches the overall appearance of the helmet. This has a good look to it as a genuine un-messed with M40 Luftwaffe lid ( as long as it's liner is there )!! Leon.

For me its been scratched / sanded off. Defies reason that the hakenkreuz is the ONLY thing worn totally away!!
For $420 the liner better not only be there but be in fairly good condition to be worth it.....
