    Textbook EF Luft decal. Most uncommon of makers (after an NS M40 Luft). However the damage to swaz is severe enough to let it go...IMO. But depends on the size of your wallet !! For a little more, one can find one less damaged.

    Looks to me possibly the swaz was touched with white paint & then removed making it look worse than if left alone
