Very nice example, thank you for posting it. There are so many HJ that the early examples sometimes get missed. We do learn some thing new every day!

I think it is an absolute corker. I can appreciate the mint un-handled examples of German militaria like the next guy, but a fahrtenmesser like this one really talks, love it!

Hi Ade , i`ve never seen this maker before either , and i love tha makers mark of the anvil being cut through with a knife , nice find , interesting to see that the early blades had little or no ricasso . A really nice example , i like it a lot , and the scabbard looks mint , cheers for showing ,

Nice early thinblade Ade!
First that came up in mind was that it had a swapped eickhorn scabbard, looking at that typical rounded tip.
