Article about: Just got this one yesterday. Non-matching numbers but who cares. Early wood grips and a lot of bluing remaining on the blade, I can live with non-matching numbers. A little dent in the scabb

    Just got this one yesterday. Non-matching numbers but who cares. Early wood grips and a lot of bluing remaining on the blade, I can live with non-matching numbers. A little dent in the scabbard and some knicks on the leading edge of the blade, but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance. Bayonets are getting as addictive as helmets and EKII's

    Looks like Gebr.Heller 1935 bayonet, there is letter? under serial number, the scabbard was made in 1936 by E.Pack Solingen.

    There is a letter below the serial number. It hard to tell what it is. Could be a lower case f or a t. It's kind of smushed together. Not very defined. I'll see I'd I can take a better photo of it today.
