I have attached a link below to my 1939 model that is very close to yours if you want to compare. Mine has matching numbers. Yours looks fine to me. Salty scabbard and numbers don't match but that is common. What are your concerns? It has been there and looks fine to me.

Helldude; as Rossi has said you've got a geniune K98 bayonet, with replaced scabbard, a little worn and used and rusted but typical of the type of souvenir Allied soldiers brought back home from the war. Likewise the frog.
Not in hand, from what I'm seeing if it has brass reinforcing washers with copper rivets then it's most likely an early period frog that could be Luftwaffe in origin. As for the other frog from Sweden because of what looks like a lengthwise sewn in place insert in the back piece, it looks like that one may be a rework of possibly a dress frog to accommodate an S. 84/98. I think you are right Fred, on Tiwemark's frog the rivets don't look right.
