The maker location is Bielefeld, about the SS stamp i would be very carefully as the stamp looks more crisp as the maker which is already unvisible. When added in same time, both stamp should be identical worried off.
I would say no. As this is a pre- RBNr marked frog any SS mark would be SS-RZM or SS-VA. This single rune mark alone is not what would be expected if authentic. And SS marks on frogs ended after 1942
