I would say an early 1930's example based on the Coppel logo, so pre-Alcoso. The hilt appears to be steel rather than zinc alloy seen in the later '30's and the scabbard finial ball looks like the early type. It's had a bit of a clean up to remove rust and the scabbard repainted. Price was reasonable.
