My pre WW2 (1937?) Mauser bayonet, thoughts?

Hello, here's Julekpl again. I have just purchased a Gebr. Heller Mauser bayonet. Any thoughts about it? it came with a scabbard, but I cannot find any markings on it. Oh and the blade itself is black. Thanks

Made in 1937 by Gebruder Heller. 43,843rd bayonet made that year.
The scabbard may be a repro.........

i think the scabbard might be of a different bayonet, perhaps one late in the war. But the bayonet itself is in fine condition, and I took off the handle, which still had its markings:

I think you are right - Imperial acceptance mark.

Still a very nice Bayonet. A lot of WWII K98 bayos have
mis-matching scabbards.........!
