The brown plastic should be used 1938-42, color of grip should be examined by daylight photo wout flash, the rust is too deep, the frog is a repro and the scabbard is probably from different maker as different stage of rust, even it was laquered black probably.
The Bayonet is a ground dug up find ...the scabbard and frog were added later after it was dug up = parted together
The overall condition to each other is unmatching.
