Luftwaffe Gravity knife: Real or fake?

Article about: Hello i would like some opinions on this gravity knife and a price estimate if possible.Thank you!

    Reproduction in my opinion. Logo on blade indented and not etched. Wooden slats look to be held in place with copper rivets! PY.

    You could be right. I don't like the maker mark, nor the wood grips. But I think the pins are steel, just rusted. I would say post war.

    Sorry for my late response SMF uses R.B.NR for type two whereas Paul Weyersberg type two have a transitional with logo and the next one after this had the R.B.NR stamped on the blade
