Other than in the fevered imagination of frauds selling junk like this, there was no such thing as a ‘Waffen SS Officer ring’. The only official SS ring was the Ehrenring.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Third Reich ring collecting. 99% of what you see being sold is likely a cast reproduction (fake) or a blatant fantasy piece. Best to check here and on other fora first.
