In real money that is almost 7000 euros. I have seen for sale for much more than that!
As I see it, the auction does not always give an additional amount for the item.

I also found this minty 1944-dated ring in good old Blighty ......... direct from the daughter of the RAMC veteran who was gifted it by the holder.
