These have been discussed many times before.
I was collecting when these first hit the market.
No period documentation supporting them and no period photos. That is proof enough.
Cheers, Ade.

not to mention probably about a combined century of experience behind the eyeballs looking at this item here.
I've also been collecting since the 1960 era and I had a side line specialty interest in German rings. These idiotic Viking rings came out around the year 1970-72 and have been a headache to collectors ever since. They never made such rings in WWII in Germany or anywhere else and this is Purely fantasy design ring. There are Endless German ring designs that came from the war-era and before, but This is Not one of them.

Very unpolite and bad attitude This guy is playing games for sure. "Greetings" says it all... I think we may have met him under another nickname here in the last 24 hours. Bad thread!

myself around.
Forum members and guests.. Especially "Newbies" to the forum should show respect to the Moderators and other contributors that share their combined knowledge "Freely"... New members also should at least show some manners by saying "Please" and "Thank you" and accept the truths based on many, many years of combined experience... JMHO... Thanks guys for putting up with my "Rant"....Gwar..
This type and other sterling rings like them were also sold
on the streets of Downtown Toronto @1976 for $15.
At that time the designs were still quite fresh
and the quality was very good.........

Steve.
