two ss rings

hello,my good friend asked me for checking the originality of attached two ss rings.
unfrotunately these are my only photos but maybe someone can say something basing on them?
from what i found in my Niemann catalogue there are differences,especially the sheape of rune nearest to the skull,
what do you think?

Those skulls are really bad and everything in the engraving is wrong.
