I believe this is genuine. The one-sided printing is typical of German military currency, and many other examples of varying denominations can be found on the web.

The example shown in the original post looks to be an original. The 3RM is the least common denomination from the Stammlager (Main Camp, i.e. Buchenwald). Other, external Kommando / Außenlager variants can be much harder to find but the 3RM is not common.
