    KL-Floßenbürg

Firstly, a prisoner letter censor marking from the main camp. Secondly, a very scarce example from one of the major satellite camps, Hersbruck. The sub-camp, known as Arbeitslager Hersbruck held thousands of prisoners and had a very high death toll due to the extreme forced labour detail - driving tunnels for an underground manufacturing facility that ultimately, failed.

Hello Carl, last week I purchased several parcel reciepts and a letter which seem to originate from the Jasenovac extermination camp. I would like to hear your opinion regarding the said documents, if they are even real, and what historical value do they hold.

    Thank you in advance, Rud.

    Hello Rud,

Thanks for posting these. I am familiar with the postal markings, they seem consistent. I would consider these quite rare, you certainly do not see them often.

    Carl
