Larry, I believe it’s supposed to be a Jewish armband but my first reaction to the armband is it’s a fake. The construction and condition looks Contrived.

Googled Eilbote if that's the correct spelling , Operation Eilbote german attack in Tunisia 1943 ,don't know if that's anything to do with it, Regards Paul
I would be very surprised if the armband was connected to the assault on Tunisia ...yet why would anyone advertise that and wear it on their arm?
