I totally agree, Neil! Mint and unused relics in the form of insignia, uniforms etc doesn't "tell a story" like the rough and worn ones. I prefer items with the "been there-look" to it. I got it for a reasonable price and I can't wait to get it home now!

Hi Swecollector, good purchase. I also have seen this parka and considered buying it. It was not too expensive at all! I keep an eye on this dealer's website quite often, he is a nice guy and met him in person at a show.
