There is more to it than just that, true Panzer boards have black underlay as well.
Construction, tongue shape, etc.

Thanks, Ralph...Can you be more specific regarding the differences in tongue shape, etc....I didn't know about that important detail either! I always look for a black underlay, which is especially obvious on officer's tabs...
