These are reproductions. Film prop or not, who knows? The buckram, the cloth fabric, the twisted silver wire, thread and rank pips all look bad.
The attempt at flat wire looks to be made from braided cable insulation.

Thank you the same guy had other film props for sell so thought as much but just wanted to double check
