To begin with, I want to say that I don't know much about these sleeve shields at all.

With that said I don't really care for the construction of this one. I'm looking at other originals and the pattern with yours is completely different. Attached is a example that sold on the Collectors Guild for comparison. The main obvious differences is the font of the Kroatien title and the reverse weave of the red & white checkerboard. I'm leaning towards reproduction.

Yes, reproduction or "modern" fake. Hopefully someone else more knowledgeable about these will chime in.
